Open Reports in the menu. It covers sales, tables and money for the period you choose. Every figure is worked out by Floorful's server from your orders, so it matches what was charged.
You need See reports. Money also needs See financial reports and payouts. Without it you see volumes but not money: amounts are left out rather than shown as zero, so nothing can be mistaken for a quiet week.
Choose a period
- Period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months or Custom dates (From and To).
A sale counts in the period it was paid in, on your venue's clock.
Press Filters to narrow it further:
- Nights on: only events on certain weekdays, for example Fridays and Saturdays.
- Event set: only the events of one or more series. With weekdays too, both must match, such as "Tropical Thursdays, Thursdays only".
The period is part of the page's address, so you can bookmark or share a report.
The report has five tabs: Overview, Tables, Tickets, Channels and Money.
Overview
- Revenue after refunds, Orders, Tables, Tickets, Guests and Per guest (revenue divided by guests). Each is compared with the period before, such as "12% on the previous period".
- Where the revenue came from: tickets, tables, memberships and other, with what was refunded.
- Revenue by day (or Orders by day): every day in the period, the quiet ones included.
- By event: each event in the period with its revenue, guests and status, highest revenue first. Show all lists the rest.
Tables
- Tables sold, against tables offered, as a percentage.
- Committed: table prices and minimum spends taken on.
- Per table: what a table brings in on average.
- Owed at the venue: balances still to be paid, with what has been taken so far.
- On the floor plan: your plan with each table shaded by what it brought in, or by how often it was booked. The darker the table, the more.
- By area: what each part of the room earned.
- Tables, best first: ranked by what each table brought in, or how often it was booked.
- By event: tables sold against tables offered each night.
Tickets
- Tickets sold, Customers, and revenue before booking fees and refunds.
- Ticket types: each grouped by the name it was sold under, so renaming a ticket does not rewrite history.
- Memberships and Other, when there were any.
Channels
- By channel: where each sale was made: online, payment link, promoter or box office.
- Promoters: sales that came through a promoter, by team and seller. Everything else was direct. Use Find a promoter to look one up. For commission, see Agents.
- No-shows: across the finished nights in the period, how many of those booked did not come, by who sold the booking.
- Emails: sales made within 7 days of someone clicking a campaign email, automatic ones included, by campaign. See Campaigns.
Money
Only for those who may see money.
- Floorful fees: the booking fees your customers paid on top of the price, and Floorful's part of them.
- Where the money is: every paid order in the period by how it was paid, net of refunds. Card payments online land in your Stripe balance; cash and terminal takings are in your own till or account.
- In your Stripe balance: from the payment record: customer payments by card online, less Floorful's fee, Stripe's processing fees, refunds, chargebacks and their fees, and any other Stripe adjustments. Net to you matches your Stripe balance.
Stripe's processing fees appear only in that last part. A refund recorded as owed appears only under Where the money is until it is sent. A chargeback can arrive weeks after the sale.
