Open Orders in the menu. It lists every sale at your venue, newest first: tickets, tables, table balances and memberships, however they were sold. You need See orders and sales.

The list

Each order shows:

  • Reference: its order reference, such as HVLQPQTD. Customers have it in their email.
  • Customer: name and email. A customer who asked to be erased shows as Anonymised.
  • Event, and what was bought, such as Table B3 or Balance on Table B3.
  • Status:
    • Awaiting payment: an unpaid sale, such as a payment link not yet paid. It holds its tickets until it is paid or runs out of time.
    • Paid.
    • Deposit paid: a table booked with a deposit, the rest still owed at the venue.
    • Disputed: paid, but the customer raised a chargeback with their bank. Open it to see when; disputes are answered in your own Stripe dashboard.
    • Partly refunded and Refunded.
    • Cancelled.
    • Payment failed.
    • Expired unpaid: it went unpaid past its hold window, so its tickets went back on sale.
  • Total, with any amount refunded.
  • Channel: how it was sold, such as online, by payment link, by a promoter or at the box office.
  • When: when it was placed.

Click an order to open it. See Order details.

The list shows the most recent 200 orders. To find an older one, search or filter.

Find an order

Press Filters:

  • Find an order: a reference, customer name or email.
  • Status: one of the statuses above, or All statuses.
  • Sold through: a channel, or Anywhere.
  • From and To: dates.

The filters are part of the page's address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered list.

Export

Export CSV downloads the orders you are looking at, with your filters, as a spreadsheet: reference, customer name, email and phone, event and its date, status, total, amount refunded, currency, how it was paid, channel, and when it was bought and paid.

To see the orders for one event only, use that event's Sales tab.
