How a beach club runs on Floorful
Beach club software has to sell a place in the sun, not just a ticket. A daybed booking system that works for a beach club knows your real layout, takes the deposit before the guest arrives, speaks your guests' language and remembers them next summer. This is how each part works.
Your plan, as it really is
Draw your beach the way it is: rows of sunbeds, daybeds, cabanas, VIP areas and the restaurant terrace, each named the way your team names them. Upload your own drawing behind the grid if you have one, and group the spots into areas, such as the front row or the pool.
Each spot has its own guest range, a fixed price or a minimum spend, and a deposit if you take one. Spots can be held for a name, kept off sale for a day, or opened with different terms on a busy weekend.
Open days and the season
Each day you open is its own event, with its own times and its own prices, so a Sunday in August can cost more than a Tuesday in May. Create the whole season at once as a daily or weekly series, and change one day without touching the rest.
Day and night run from the same venue: the daytime beds and a sunset party are separate events with their own tickets, tables and guest lists, and one customer list.
Booking a daybed
Guests choose how many they are and pick an available spot from your plan, on a booking page in English or Spanish with your brand and, if you want, your own domain. They pay the deposit or the full price by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and see your booking terms before they pay.
Bookings that come in by WhatsApp or phone go out as a payment link, and the spot is held while the guest pays. Extra guests beyond a bed's size can be added at a set price each, and what comes with a cabana, such as a bottle of cava, is on the booking.
Arrival on the day
Your team checks guests in on their own phones, offline if the signal drops. A group of six arriving in twos is checked in a few at a time, and a balance still owed is shown at the entrance and can be paid there.
Season pass holders and guest list names are scanned at the same entrance, so the count of who is on the beach is one number, not three.
Season passes and regulars
Locals, residents and companies come back all summer. Sell them a membership for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, with free entry or a fixed member price, in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and renew it when it runs out.
Every booking adds to your own customer list, with each guest's language, visits and spend. Email last season's guests in their own language before you open, and see which bookings each email brought in.
Money and the numbers
Every card payment goes straight into your own Stripe account, in your own currency, with 12 currencies supported for venues outside the euro. Cash and terminal payments taken on the beach are recorded against the booking too.
Reports show bookings, tickets and money for any day or the whole season, with a heat map of your plan showing which beds earn the most. The forecast for each day uses your own history, the weather and public holidays, which on a beach is most of the story.
