Everything in Floorful happens in the back office at dashboard.floorful.app. You create an account for yourself first, then a venue. One account can run several venues.

Create your account

Go to dashboard.floorful.app/sign-up and fill in:

  • Your name (required). Shown to your team and in the activity log.
  • Work email (required). You sign in with it, and Floorful writes to it about your venue.
  • Password (required). At least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter and a number.

There may be a short security check under the form. Press Create account.

If Floorful asks you to Confirm your email, open the link it sent you to finish. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, look in your spam folder.

Set up your venue

Straight after signing up you are asked to Set up your venue. You can change most of this later in Venue settings.

  • Venue name (required). The name customers see on your event pages, tickets and emails.

  • Web address (required). The part of your public links after tickets.floorful.app/, for example social-club-mallorca. It is filled in from the name as you type, and you can change it. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.

    Choose the web address carefully. It is on every link you share, so it cannot be changed after setup. You can still put the storefront on your own domain later.

  • Timezone (required). All event times are shown in this zone, wherever you or your customers are. It starts on your computer's timezone if it is in the list.

  • Currency (required). The currency you sell in. It is fixed once you have priced tickets or made a sale.

  • Terms of Service. Tick the box to accept them. Floorful records which version you accepted.

Press Create venue. Floorful then takes you to Stripe to put a card on file for your subscription. Nothing is charged during the 30-day free trial, and you can skip this and add the card later. See Free trial and billing.

You land on your venue's Overview. Next, follow the setup checklist.

Sign in

Go to dashboard.floorful.app, enter your Email and Password and press Sign in.

Forgotten your password?

On the sign-in page, press Forgotten your password?, enter your email and press Send reset link. If the address has an account, Floorful emails a link that works for one hour. Open it, choose a New password, type it again in Confirm password and press Set new password. You are signed in straight afterwards.

Join a venue you were invited to

When a venue invites you, you get an email with a link. Open it, then sign in, or create an account, with the same email address the invitation was sent to. The invitation only works for that address.

If the page says This invitation cannot be used, it may have expired, already been used, or been sent to a different email address. Ask the venue to revoke it and invite you again, from their Team page.

Your account menu

Your initials sit at the top right of every screen. The menu shows your role at the venue you are in and lets you:

  • Switch venue, if you belong to more than one.
  • Add another venue. It goes through the same setup as your first, with its own settings, team and subscription.
  • Change the Language of the back office between English and Spanish. Your choice is remembered on that device.
  • Sign out.
