When do we get the money from ticket sales?
As each customer pays. Payments go directly into your venue's own connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on your account's schedule. Floorful never holds your funds.
Can we add our own booking fee?
Yes. You can add your own fee on top of Floorful's, and it goes to your venue. The guest sees one combined booking fee at checkout.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. They buy on your page and receive their tickets by email, ready for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
What ticket types can we sell?
General admission, releases such as early bird, VIP entry, fast track, guest list and complimentary tickets, and packs of several tickets. Each ticket type has its own price, quantity, limit per order and sales window.
What does it cost?
€99 a month per venue after a 30-day free trial. Guests pay a booking fee of €1 or 1% per ticket, whichever is higher. You do not pay Floorful a percentage of your ticket revenue.
