MEMBERSHIPS AND SEASON PASSES Season passes and members,
checked at the same door.
Sell personal and corporate memberships from your back office. Members get a pass in their phone's wallet, and the door app knows who they are, what they can access and what they pay tonight.
30 days free. No monthly fee until it ends.

Where memberships usually go wrong
Who paid, who renewed, who left. When the members list sits in a file on someone's laptop, nobody at the door can check it.
Cards get lent, copied and lost. Without a scan, the door cannot tell a member from a friend holding their card.
A company buys a card for its team, and on a busy night more people arrive on it than it was ever meant to admit.
Membership types, set up once
Create the memberships you sell: name, price, validity of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, the access level it gives and what members pay at the door. Each type can carry its own terms.
- Personal and corporate cards
- Free entry or a fixed member door price
- One card can admit several people per visit

A pass in their wallet
Sell a membership with a payment link, or give it as complimentary. The member gets their pass by email and in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A lost phone? Replace the card and the old QR stops working.
- Payment link or complimentary
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- Renewal by a fresh payment link before it expires

Members at the door
The door app scans membership cards alongside tickets, tables and guest lists. Staff see the access level, what the member pays tonight and, on a corporate card, a reminder to check ID.
- Once per night, counted in capacity
- Access level and door price on screen
- Turn members off for a single event

Also included
- Access levels, plus Access all areas
- Company name on corporate cards
- Members list with status and expiry
- Each member linked to their customer profile
- Same booking fee as a ticket, paid by the member
- Default membership terms, editable per type
Questions
Can members buy online themselves?
Memberships are sold from your back office, so you decide who gets one. You send a payment link, or make it complimentary and the card is active straight away.
How do members get in?
They show the pass in their phone's wallet or email, and the door app scans it like a ticket. It works once per night and counts toward the event's capacity.
Can a corporate card admit a group?
Yes. You set how many people a card admits per visit. The door app reminds staff to check ID on corporate cards, since the card cannot prove who works for the company.
What if we do not want members at an event?
Every event admits members by default. One switch in the event's settings turns members off for that night.
