Open Inventory in the menu. The Ticket types tab is where you define your usual tickets once, such as General admission, VIP entry or a pair ticket. You then add them to each event in a click, instead of typing them again. The Floor plan tab is for your tables: see Floor plan.

Each event's copy is its own: you can give it its own inventory, take it off sale or keep it from promoters, on that event's Tickets tab.

You need See ticket types to open it, Create and edit ticket types to change it, and Change ticket prices to change a price.

The list

Each ticket type shows its name and kind, its Price, how many people it Admits, and its Status: Available, or Retired if it can no longer be added to new events.

Create a ticket type

Press New ticket type:

  • Name (required). For example "VIP entry".
  • Type (required): General admission, Ticket release, VIP entry, Fast track, Guest list, Complimentary, Table reservation or Other.
  • Price (required).
  • Admits (required): people per ticket. A pair ticket admits 2.
  • Max per order: the most one customer can buy at once. Leave it blank for no limit.
  • Description: shown to customers under the ticket name. Use the language buttons to write it in their other languages too.

Inventory and the sales window are set per event, because they mean nothing here.

Press Create.

Change a ticket type

From its menu (the three dots), press Edit. Saving changes the ticket type only: nothing on any event changes until you apply it.

  • Tick Retired: cannot be added to new events to stop using it. Events that already have it keep it.

Remove deletes it. Every event that already has the ticket keeps it exactly as it is. It just cannot be added to new events, and later changes can no longer be pushed to them.

Apply to future events

When you change a price or name and want your upcoming events to follow, choose Apply to future events from the ticket type's menu. You need Change ticket prices.

The window lists every future event that carries this ticket type, with what it will become, such as "Will become 25 € · VIP entry", and how many have already sold on each. Events where you priced the ticket differently on purpose are Left alone and listed separately.

Press Apply with the number of events. Only what future buyers see changes. Orders already placed keep the price they paid.
