Go to Settings, then Roles. Only the owner sees this tab, and only the owner can change it.
Every venue starts with Floorful's defaults for each role. Venues run differently, though: some let supervisors refund a ticket, some do not. Here you decide, for your venue only.
Reading the grid
The permissions are grouped by the job they belong to: Venue and team, Events and tickets, Tables, Selling and money, Memberships, The door, Promoters and commission and Reporting. Each row is one permission, in plain words, such as Refund an order or Take money at the door. Each column is a role: Manager, Supervisor and Staff.
A ticked box means that role can do it. Tick or untick a box and the change applies straight away, to everyone with that role.
A box you have changed from Floorful's default is marked as changed. Right-click it to put that one back. The line at the top says how many permissions you have changed in total.
What you cannot change
- The owner is not listed. An owner always has every permission. If that could be changed, a venue could remove its own access and have no way back.
- Billing, closing the venue and editing these permissions belong to the owner alone. They cannot be given to another role.
- The promoter portal's roles, team lead and promoter, are not here. Promoters never see the back office. See Agents.
Floorful's defaults

Reset to defaults
Reset to defaults puts every role back to Floorful's defaults and undoes everything this venue has changed. Nobody is removed from the team and nobody's role changes.
