Overview is the first item in the menu and the screen you land on when you sign in. It answers two questions: is anything stopping you selling, and how is this week going.

The header

Your venue's name, with two things under it:

  • Your public address, for example tickets.floorful.app/your-venue, or your own domain if you have one. This is your storefront: the page listing all your public events.
  • A badge saying whether you can sell right now:
    • Selling: customers can buy.
    • Payments not set up: Stripe is not connected or not finished, so customers cannot pay yet. See Payments and booking fees.
    • Back office paused: the trial has ended without a card, or the subscription is not active. Customers can still buy; see Free trial and billing.

On the right:

  • View page opens your storefront in a new tab.
  • Share gives you the link and ready-made pictures of your page for social media, with your next event on them.
  • Create event starts a new event. See Create an event.

Things that need doing

Notices appear under the header only when something needs you:

  • Your free trial, with the days left, and a Billing button. You can close this notice, and it comes back for the trial's last week. If the trial has ended or a payment has failed, the notice stays until it is sorted. See Free trial and billing. Only the owner sees these.
  • Stripe, when payments are not set up or Stripe needs something from you, with an Open Payments button.
  • You are the only person with access, until you invite your team, with an Invite someone button. You can close it.

Your last 7 days

Four numbers, each compared with the 7 days before (▲ or ▼ with a percentage):

  • Revenue, 7 days, net of refunds.
  • Orders, 7 days, with how many customers placed them.
  • Tickets, 7 days.
  • Tables, 7 days.

You need the See reports permission to see these. Revenue also needs See financial reports and payouts. Without it, the chart below shows orders instead of money.

Tonight, or next up

A card for your next event, marked Live now, Tonight or Next up, with:

  • Its poster, name, date and door time, and its status.
  • The weather forecast for the night, when your venue's location is set (see Venue settings).
  • Sell at the door, which opens New sale for that event, and Open event.
  • How many Tickets and Tables have sold out of what is on sale, and how many people are on the Guest list.

If nothing is scheduled, the card says so, with a Create event button.

Coming up

Your next events after that, each with tickets sold and tables sold, and a Sell link. All events opens the full events list.

Charts

  • Revenue by day (or Orders by day) for the last 7 days. Point at a day to see its orders and revenue. Reports opens the full reports.
  • Where sales came from: orders by channel over the 7 days, such as Online, Payment link, Agent (a promoter) and Box office (sold by your staff).
