Where event payments usually go wrong

Your money sits with someone else

Many platforms collect the money and pay you after the event, or on their own schedule. In the middle of the season, that is your cash flow.

You find out the fees afterwards

A percentage here, a service fee there, and a statement nobody can follow. The real cost of a night only shows up at the end of the month.

Payments live in five places

Card machine, bank transfer, a payment link from somewhere else, cash at the door. Nobody can say what a table has actually paid.

Straight into your own Stripe account

Connect your venue's Stripe account once. From then on, every ticket and table payment lands in it as the guest pays, and Stripe pays out to your bank on your own account's schedule.

  • Refunds, disputes and payouts in your own Stripe account

A checkout guests finish

Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your own branded page, with the booking terms shown before they pay. Your team can also send a payment link, sell at the counter or take a table's balance at the door.

  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Payment links for bookings taken by phone
  • Counter sales and door balances by cash or card

Questions

When do we get paid?

Each payment goes into your own Stripe account the moment the order is paid. Stripe then pays out to your bank on your account's own schedule. Floorful never holds the money.

What does Floorful charge per sale?

€1 or 1% per ticket, and €5 or 1% per table booking, whichever is higher. Both are paid by the guest at checkout, on top of the price, so they are not taken from your revenue.

Who pays the card processing fee?

The venue pays Stripe's standard processing fee on its own Stripe account. Floorful does not add anything to it.

Can we refund a guest?

Yes. Refunds are made from the order in Floorful and sent to Stripe, and the guest's tickets are updated so a refunded ticket no longer scans.
