Can guests pay a deposit instead of the full price?
Yes. You choose per table and per night whether guests pay a deposit or the full amount. The balance is shown on the booking and can be paid at the door by cash or card.
How is minimum spend handled?
Minimum spend is set separately from the table price, and shown to the guest before they pay. Your team sees it on the booking, so there is no confusion on the night.
What happens if a guest starts booking but does not pay?
The table is held while they pay, then released automatically if they do not, so it goes back on sale.
What does it cost?
Tables are included in every Floorful plan at €99 a month per venue, after a 30-day free trial. Guests pay a booking fee of €5 or 1% per table, whichever is higher.
