How promoters and organisers run on Floorful
A promoter management system is only half the job if the tickets live somewhere else. Floorful puts ticketing, promoter teams, guest lists and the door in one place, under your own brand, with the money and the customers in your own accounts. This is how each part works.
Your brand, at any venue
Set up your brand as your account, with your logo, colours and your own domain if you want one. Create each event at whichever venue you are playing, with its address, doors, capacity and entry rules, and your page, your customers and your Stripe account stay the same from one venue to the next.
Recurring parties are a series: a monthly or weekly night is created once and Floorful lays out the dates. Events can be public, or unlisted for a private party reached only by its link.
Selling tickets
Each event has as many ticket types as you need: early bird, releases, group tickets, VIP entry, each with its price, quantity, limit per order and sales window. Promo codes and complimentary tickets are there for partners and artists.
Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your page, in English or Spanish, and get a QR code by email and in their phone's wallet. The booking fee is added to the guest's price, so the price you set is what you receive.
Managing promoters
Promoters are organised into teams. Each team has its own commission, as a percentage or a fixed amount per sale, and its own share between the team and the promoter who sold. Every promoter gets a link for the venue's page or for one event, and every sale through it records who sold it.
Commission is worked out as the sales come in, reversed when a sale is refunded, and shown as owed and paid for each promoter and each team. You pay promoters yourself and mark it as paid. You can keep promoters off a particular event or a particular table, so they never sell what is not theirs to sell.
The promoter portal
Team leads and promoters sign in to a portal of their own, not your back office. They share their links, sell tickets and tables with a payment link to the guest, see the customers they brought and add names to the guest list within the limit you set.
Team leads see their whole team's sales and commission, and promoters see their own. Nobody in the portal sees another team's numbers, and no payment ever goes to a promoter.
Guest lists and the door
Guest list names are real admissions with their own QR code, emailed automatically when the guest has an address. Import a list from a paste or a CSV file, set a limit per list, and let promoters add their own names.
On the night, the venue's staff or yours scan everything with the door app on their own phones, signed in with a login that reaches the door and nothing else. It keeps scanning offline, and several doors share one count.
Money, customers and the next night
Each payment goes into your own Stripe account the moment the guest pays, so you have the money before you pay the artists and the room. Reports show sales, tickets and channels for each night, with every promoter's share already worked out.
Every ticket adds to your own customer list, with what each customer bought and how often they came. Group them by spend, visits or the music they like, and email them about the next night, with the bookings each campaign brought in.
