Go to Settings, then the Booking terms tab.
Booking terms are your own rules: cancellation, refunds, dress code, table rules. They are shown above the Pay button at checkout and on payment links, where paying means accepting them. Until you write some, customers see no terms at checkout.
Write your terms
Type your terms in the Terms box. For example: "Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Smart dress. Tables are held until 1am."
Use the language buttons above the box to write them in your customers' other languages too. Customers reading in a language you left blank see your main text.
Press Save. Discard throws away what you typed. If nothing has changed, there is nothing to save.
To stop showing terms, empty the box and save. Customers then see none at checkout.
Versions
Every save makes a new version, and every version is kept. Each order records the version its customer accepted, which is what a dispute about a refund is decided on.
Under Versions you see each one with its number, when it was saved and by whom, and how many orders were placed under it. Press Read to see exactly what that version said. A version marked terms removed is a time when you showed no terms.
The version a customer accepted is also shown on their order. See Order details.
Versions are kept for as long as the orders that accepted them.
