The promoter portal is where your promoters sign in. They see their own links, sales and commission, can sell by payment link and put names on the guest list, and never see your back office.

This page is written for venues, to know what their promoters see, and for promoters themselves.

Getting in

The venue invites a promoter from Agents, as a team lead or a promoter. They get an email with a link to set a password, then sign in at dashboard.floorful.app with that email. The portal opens straight away.

  • A promoter sees their own links, sales and share.
  • A team lead runs a team: sees everyone's sales, adds and invites promoters, and sets each promoter's share of the team's commission.

The portal has six tabs: Dashboard, Events and links, Orders, Customers, Team (for team leads) and Guest list. Your initials at the top right open Switch venue, if you promote for more than one, and Sign out.

Dashboard

How you are doing, for All time or a Period you choose:

  • A line saying what the venue pays the team, such as 10% of sales, and your share of it.
  • Tickets and tables sold, Revenue net of refunds.
  • Owed to the team, with how much has been paid so far.
  • Your share, or for a team lead, For the promoters and what the team keeps.
  • By promoter (team leads), By event and Recent sales.

Your links. Anyone who buys after opening one of them is counted as yours for 30 days.

  • Personal link (and, for team leads, Team link) lands on the venue's event listing.
  • Each upcoming event has an Event link that lands on that event, with Copy.
  • Links for: a team lead can show the team's links or one promoter's.

Each event shows whether it is Sold out, whether it earns no commission (the venue has closed it to promoters), and its guest list: how many of yours are on it and how many places are left.

Sell to someone now opens a sale for that event.

Sell

For a customer who wants to buy through you, such as on WhatsApp:

  • Tickets: how many of each, at the venue's prices, as the customer would be charged them.
  • Tables: choose the party size. A table is held for the customer the moment the link goes out.
  • The customer: name, email and phone. All three are needed: the link goes to the email, and the venue gets the customer's details with the sale.
  • Credited to: Me, or for a team lead, one of the team.
  • Link valid for: how long the customer has to pay.

The screen shows what the customer pays by card; fees are added at checkout. Press Send payment link. It is emailed to them, and shown for you to copy and send yourself. The sale holds its tickets, and any table, until the customer pays or the link runs out. It shows under Orders, and counts towards your commission once they pay.

Orders

Every sale credited to you, or the team, and what it earned, for the period you choose:

  • Paid sales, Taken, and You earned (or The team earned).
  • Awaiting payment: links not paid yet.
  • Each sale with its customer, Value, what you earn on it, anything due at the venue, refunds (Partly reversed when commission was taken back), and Paid out once the venue has paid you.

Customers

Everyone you, or the team, have sold to or put on a list, with their contact, sales, what they spent with you and when you last saw them. Search by name, email or phone. Only the people you have dealt with are here, so somebody the venue knows may not be.

Team

For team leads.

  • Team share: the promoters' share of the team's commission, unless set per promoter. The venue sets what it pays the team.
  • Add a promoter: a name and an email. They get their own link straight away. Add an email to invite them to sign in; Invite sends it, and Re-invite sends a new one.
  • Edit a promoter to set Their share of the team's commission. Leave it empty for the team's default.
  • Switch off a promoter: they keep their history and lose their login until you switch them back on.

Each promoter shows their login (Has login, Invited or No login) and what is Owed to them.

Guest list

Put names on the guest list of the venue's upcoming events. The venue sets how many the list takes.

Choose the event, then Add a name: the name, how many people (including them) and their Email, where their ticket goes. The screen says how many places are left, and stops you going over.

Each guest is emailed their QR code to show at the door as soon as you add them. Your names are listed with who added them and their status. Send ticket emails it again, if they lost it. Take off removes them.

If an event has no guest list allowance, or the venue is not taking promoters' names on it, the screen says so.
