How a rooftop runs on Floorful, from booking to the last round
A rooftop sells two things: the view and the table. Floorful is built around the table, so every booking is paid, clear and ready for the night it is for.
Set up the terrace and the week
Draw your floor plan once, with its areas and tables. Then set up your nights as a series: every day, every weekend or only the nights you open late. Each night copies the first one's tables, prices and inclusions, and you change any night on its own, for a sunset session or a private hire.
Let guests book the table they want
Share one link on Instagram, Google and your website. Guests see the plan, choose a table for their party, read the deposit, minimum spend and what is included, and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
A table in someone's basket is held for a short time, then released if they do not pay, so nobody blocks your best table by browsing.
Make the terms impossible to misread
Minimum spend, table price and deposit are shown as separate lines, at checkout, in the confirmation email and on the booking. The guest accepts your booking terms before paying, and the version they accepted is kept with the booking. The conversation at the end of the night is about the bill, not the rules.
Take the calls without losing track
Bookings from a concierge, a regular or an agent go on the same plan. Send a payment link from the back office and the table is theirs once it is paid. Agents and promoters can have their own links, with commission worked out for you.
Run the door with the bookings in hand
Staff scan the table's QR, or each guest's own, and see the party, who has arrived and the balance still due. They take the balance by card or cash and it is recorded on the booking. Several doors and staff phones share the same count, and the app keeps working if the signal drops.
Know which tables earn and who comes back
Reports show booked, paid and still owed for each night, and the plan can be shaded by what each table earned over a period, so you price the edge tables properly. Every guest who books becomes a customer you can email, with the bookings each email brought in counted for you.
