How a small festival or day party runs on Floorful
Floorful was built for venues that sell every week, which is exactly what a growing festival needs: sales that start early, a team of promoters, a gate that cannot fail and buyers you keep. Here is a festival from first release to the morning after.
Set up the event and its releases
Create the event with its date, times, location and capacity, and add your tickets: early bird, releases, VIP, pairs or groups. Each can have its own quantity, price and sales window, so the next release opens on its own. For a festival over several days, each day is its own event with its own tickets.
Set a minimum age and the entry rules people need to know, such as ID and last entry, shown on the ticket page and on every order.
Sell from your own page and get paid as you sell
Fans buy from your branded page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in English or Spanish. The money goes into your own Stripe account as each ticket sells, so you can pay the production before the day, not wait for a settlement after it.
Booking fees are added to the buyer's order, not taken from your price, and you can add a fee of your own.
Put your promoters to work
Promoters and crews get their own links and a portal with their sales. Commission is calculated as orders are paid and adjusted for refunds, and you can keep a release, or the whole event, away from promoters. Afterwards, you see who sold tickets to people who actually came.
Watch the sale, push when it slows
See what is selling, which release will sell out first and how sales compare with your earlier events. When sales slow, write a campaign to your past buyers in a minute, with the event's poster, date, price and buy button added for you.
Run the gates without the internet
Staff sign in to the door app on their own phones. It downloads the event before the gates open and checks every ticket, guest list name and table on the phone itself, so a field with no signal does not slow the queue. Scans are sent as soon as there is a connection, and every gate shares one count.
Keep the crowd for next year
After the day, reports show sales by release, channel and promoter, and who did not come. Every buyer stays in your customer list, with their consent to hear from you recorded, so next year's early bird goes to the people who were there.
