PALMA, MALLORCA, SPAIN, 20 October 2026. Floorful, a venue operations and event management platform designed for nightclubs, beach clubs and event operators, is now available to venues looking for a more connected way to manage events, sell tickets and build lasting relationships with their customers.
Founded by hospitality technology specialist Thomas Barrie, Floorful brings together the tools venues use to sell, manage and grow their events. The platform combines online ticketing, VIP table bookings, guest lists, promoter management and QR access control with customer relationship management (CRM), audience segmentation, email marketing and memberships.
Its ambition is straightforward: give nightlife operators the tools they need to run their venues more effectively, without unnecessary complexity or opaque pricing.
Built from experience inside the industry
Running a nightclub or beach club involves considerably more than putting an event online and selling tickets.
Behind every successful night are interconnected operations: managing ticket allocations, coordinating promoters, handling VIP reservations, checking guests in, communicating with customers and understanding what happened once the event is over.
When those activities are spread across different systems and manual processes, keeping everything organised can become difficult. Customer information may be fragmented, marketing opportunities can be missed, and teams may spend valuable time managing the systems rather than the venue.
For Thomas Barrie, these challenges were familiar long before Floorful existed.
Barrie spent eight years working in technology at Social Club and House of Son Amar, gaining first-hand experience with the systems and processes that support nightlife and live entertainment. His work exposed him to the practical demands of ticketing, VIP bookings, point-of-sale systems, access control and digital marketing.
That experience informed the idea behind Floorful: instead of building another standalone ticketing tool, create a platform around the connected workflows that venues actually need.
"The idea was to build the platform I wanted as an operator but could never find: the tools venues need, connected in a way that makes sense, with affordable and transparent pricing."
The result is a product designed with venue operations in mind, bringing event sales, guest management and customer marketing into one environment.
One platform for the full event lifecycle
Floorful is built around four connected areas: selling events, managing operations, understanding customers and encouraging them to return.
Sell: tickets, VIP tables and reservations
Floorful enables venues to sell event tickets online and manage VIP table bookings through configurable event and table-plan workflows.
For venues where VIP experiences are a significant part of the business, table bookings are more than another checkout option. They form part of the operational picture, connecting customer reservations with the event and the venue's wider guest-management process.
By bringing ticket sales and VIP bookings into the same platform, Floorful aims to reduce the need to manage these core activities through disconnected workflows.
Manage: guest lists, promoters and access control
The platform also supports guest-list management, promoter workflows and QR ticket scanning for event access control.
These capabilities address the operational side of running an event, from organising guest admissions to managing the people and processes involved in driving attendance.
For venue teams, the objective is to make the journey from online booking to arrival at the door easier to coordinate.
Understand: customer relationships and venue performance
A ticket sale is not the end of the customer relationship.
Floorful includes built-in CRM capabilities to help venues organise customer information and understand their audiences. Segmentation can use factors such as attendance history, spending, music preferences and preferred nights, helping operators develop a more informed view of their customers.
Venue-level reporting also helps bring event and customer information into the operational picture.
The longer-term opportunity is to make customer and event data more useful to the people running the business, rather than leaving it isolated in separate systems.
Grow: email marketing and memberships
Floorful's customer marketing lets venues send email campaigns to audience segments built from customer behaviour, and switch on an automatic email before each night of a regular series.
For example, a venue can email customers who have not visited recently, or audiences with particular music preferences. Campaigns also leave out customers who have already bought tickets for the event being promoted.
Membership functionality provides another way for venues to build ongoing relationships with their audiences.
Together, these capabilities give operators tools not only to manage the next event, but also to encourage repeat attendance and communicate more relevant offers to customers.
Designed for nightlife, not just ticket sales
Floorful is intended for nightclubs, beach clubs and event venues where ticketing, VIP bookings, guest management and customer retention overlap.
The platform is particularly relevant to operators who want to bring these activities into a more connected workflow, whether they run an independent venue or manage multiple event concepts.
It is not a claim that every venue needs to replace every system it already uses. The right setup depends on the venue's existing operations, commercial requirements and integrations.
Instead, Floorful provides a platform that venues can evaluate against their current processes, with a focus on usability, practical functionality and clear costs.
Future integrations, including the planned ability to bring point-of-sale sales data into Floorful's event reporting, are part of the product's development direction. That integration is not yet live and is not being presented as an existing capability.
Transparent pricing, without a subscription commitment for founding venues
Floorful publishes its pricing so that venues can understand the commercial model before arranging a demonstration.
Standard pricing is:
- €99 per venue per month for the platform subscription, plus IVA.
- Ticket booking fee: €1 per ticket, or 1% of the ticket price if that is higher.
- VIP table booking fee: €5 per booking, or 1% of the booking value if that is higher.
Venues should review the applicable transaction terms and payment-processing costs when comparing Floorful with their current setup. The most useful comparison is the total cost of the workflows a venue actually uses, rather than a headline subscription price in isolation.
To support its launch, Floorful is inviting a limited number of suitable venues to join its founding-venue programme.
Participating venues will have the €99 monthly subscription waived for the first 12 months, paying applicable transaction and booking fees instead. Floorful will also provide hands-on onboarding and help with migrating supported data and workflows.
The aim is to make it easier for early venues to evaluate the platform in real operating conditions, while working closely with the Floorful team to identify improvements and establish the right workflows.
The offer is intended for venues prepared to work collaboratively during this early commercial phase. It does not remove applicable transaction fees or guarantee that every existing system or dataset can be migrated.
Starting in Spain, with a wider ambition
Floorful is beginning its commercial rollout in Spain, with a particular focus on the Balearic Islands and their concentration of nightclubs, beach clubs and seasonal hospitality businesses.
The initial priority is to work directly with venues, understand how the platform performs during real events and refine the experience based on practical feedback.
That means focusing on the details that matter to operators: how bookings are managed, how reliably guests are admitted, how teams coordinate on event nights and how customer information can be used after the doors close.
As the platform develops, the ambition is to serve a broader range of nightlife and hospitality operators across Spain and other European markets.
For Barrie, the objective remains rooted in the original idea behind the product: software should support the way venues work, rather than force operators to build their business around disconnected tools.
Run the Night. Fill the Floor.
Floorful is now available to venues interested in exploring a more connected approach to event management, ticketing and customer marketing.
Nightclub and beach-club operators can arrange a demonstration to see the platform in action, discuss their current workflows and assess whether Floorful is a fit for their business.
Venues interested in the founding-venue programme are encouraged to get in touch directly.
